Groupe Adeo makes customer feedback a priority with expert support from Bazaarvoice

Adeo, the French home-improvement retail group behind brands like Leroy Merlin, needed to build customer trust, strengthen its expert reputation, and collect authentic feedback across its international operations. To do this, Adeo partnered with Bazaarvoice to launch a user-generated content program and gather ratings and reviews on as many products as possible, both online and in-store.

Bazaarvoice implemented review collection, verified purchase badges, review syndication, and its Translated Reviews feature to localize feedback across markets. The solution helped Adeo expand UGC in new countries, with more than 80% of reviews in South Africa coming from other markets, and has supported the collection of more than one million reviews overall. Adeo also uses the feedback to improve products, remove low-rated items, and refine descriptions, images, and packaging.
