Gladiator, a manufacturer of home and garage storage products, faced the challenge of reaching shoppers on retail partner sites with the user-generated content needed to drive purchasing decisions. To overcome this limited ability to gather reviews where customers shop, the brand turned to Bazaarvoice and its TryIt Sampling service.
Bazaarvoice implemented a targeted product sampling campaign, sending Gladiator products to a select group of consumers in its TryIt community. This solution resulted in a 93% review submission rate, generating over 250 new reviews with a 4.8 average rating. These reviews were syndicated across retail sites, significantly increasing Gladiator's review volume and product ratings where they matter most.
