Gigaset, a German manufacturer of telephones, smartphones, and smart home systems, needed a way to strengthen its e-commerce customer experience and boost conversions by adding more user-generated content to its product pages. To solve this, Gigaset partnered with Bazaarvoice to support review collection, customer guidance, and richer shopping information for increasingly complex products.

Bazaarvoice implemented product sampling, Questions & Answers, and retail syndication for Gigaset. The result was a 70% lift in conversion rates within the first 15 months, review coverage for 81% of products with an average of 29 reviews each, and improved product ratings through broader review distribution.
