ghd, the beauty and hairstyling brand, needed to launch its most significant innovation, the Duet Style Hot Air Styler, across seven markets while proving how it performed on different hair types with authentic real-world results. To support the launch, ghd worked with Bazaarvoice using Bazaarvoice Sampling to collect early reviews and user-generated content that could build trust and shape messaging.

Bazaarvoice helped ghd run a global pre-launch sampling campaign, coordinate regional rollout, and gather consumer feedback months before launch. The result was 229 reviews worldwide with a 4.7/5 average rating, 96% of reviews above 4 stars, and 87% of reviewers saying they would recommend it to a friend; ghd also said the launch delivered ROI 4x above expectations from previous launches.
