Electrolux Australia, a leading household and professional appliance maker, needed to boost brand consideration, awareness and retail sales while shoppers researched products across channels. The challenge was to drive conversion on retail partner sites and in stores—even though many retailer sites were non‑ecommerce—by giving shoppers the confidence to choose Electrolux brands.
Electrolux used Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews to collect consumer‑generated content via post‑interaction emails and distribute reviews across the Bazaarvoice Network to key retailers. The program generated 6,000+ reviews (AEG collected 1,400 in one week), increased product coverage from 57% to 72%, raised 4‑ and 5‑star reviews from 91% to 95%, and amplified presence on retailer sites (Harvey Norman ~5,000 reviews; Appliances Online ~1,000), helping more shoppers research online and buy in store.
