Bazaarvoice helped Électro Dépôt publish reviews across web, mobile, email, campaigns, and store signage, and its Translated Reviews module supported expansion into multilingual markets like Belgium and Spain. The results included reduced customer service calls and product returns, product improvements driven by feedback, and strong review volume in France with 460,000 reviews collected and an average rating of 4.1/5.
