Einhell distributes over 1,300 reviews to retailer sites

Einhell, a German maker of professional power and garden tools for DIYers and hobby gardeners, faced changing shopper behavior as more consumers research and buy home‑improvement products online and increasingly rely on peer-generated content for purchase decisions. Customers wanted trustworthy reviews and answers to help them choose the right tools for their projects.

To address this, Einhell deployed Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews and Questions & Answers, generating 2,500+ on‑site reviews, syndicating 1,300+ reviews to more than a dozen retail sites, and collecting 5,500+ shopper questions. The UGC program increased review volume and visibility, boosted consumer confidence and conversion, enabled direct brand engagement, and surfaced product and packaging improvements—more than half of retail reviews came from brand syndication.
