Einhell distributes 1,300+ reviews with Bazaarvoice

Einhell, a German manufacturer of power and garden tools, faced the challenge of adapting to changing DIY shopper behaviors, as consumers increasingly sought trustworthy content and opinions from other shoppers to inform their purchases. To address this, they partnered with the vendor Bazaarvoice.

Bazaarvoice implemented its Ratings & Reviews and Questions & Answers solutions. This allowed Einhell to collect over 2,500 reviews on its own site and syndicate more than 1,300 of those reviews to a dozen retail partner sites, greatly increasing the volume of authentic user-generated content. The solution also generated over 5,500 shopper questions, enabling direct customer engagement and providing valuable feedback for product improvements.
