Bazaarvoice helped Dreams showcase visual UGC through Galleries and Social Commerce, including the #mydreamsbed campaign and homepage galleries. The result was a 200% increase in conversion rate and a 62% rise in average order value, while site engagement also grew as customers spent more time viewing reviews.
