QVC UK, the well-known television shopping channel with a strong ecommerce site, wanted to deepen customer engagement, surface product issues earlier, and boost multichannel sales. To do this they needed a systematic way to collect and act on shopper feedback so they could protect the brand, improve products, and increase conversion online.

QVC UK implemented Ratings & Reviews, driving participation through on-air promos and shipment inserts and producing weekly review reports and on-site responses. The program generated over 310,000 reviews across 44,900 products (74% four stars or higher), increased revenue per session and items per order, helped identify and resolve product defects (e.g., bedding and perfume formulation issues), led to discontinuing a brand-damaging item, and powered a “Customer Top‑Rated Kitchen” show that delivered 50% more sales than expected and 10x the new customers.
