Brother International Europe, a global technology solutions provider, wanted to expand across Europe while making customer feedback accessible in multiple languages. As demand grew and the company entered more markets, Brother needed a way to share reviews and customer experiences consistently across countries, and turned to Bazaarvoice and its translation services to help.

Bazaarvoice helped Brother capture, moderate, syndicate, and display ratings and reviews across its website and partner sites, while also enabling the brand to respond to customer feedback. The results included about 26,000 product reviews on Brother’s website, with shoppers who engage with reviews being twice as likely to click “Find a store” and spending 3X longer on the site.
