Bazaarvoice helped Texas Peak Group deploy Ratings & Reviews, syndicate reviews to retail partners, and use sweepstakes and loyalty features to encourage more customer feedback. The results included a 52% uplift in conversion rates among shoppers who engaged with reviews, a 48% increase in revenue per visitor, and a 10% lift in organic reach, while Texas Peak Group also collected 20,000 native reviews and syndicated another 100,000.
