Boux Avenue is a UK-based luxury lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear retailer that wanted to help online shoppers better visualize how products look on different body shapes instead of relying only on professional model photos. The challenge was to enhance the online shopping experience and create ongoing editorial content affordably to boost shopper confidence and inspiration.

The company implemented Bazaarvoice Curations to collect, tag and moderate authentic customer images and used Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews for product feedback, then reused the content as alternative product photos and in marketing. In 2018 Boux Avenue displayed more than 1,000 customer images that drew 1.3 million unique views, saw the Curations platform generate additional weekly revenue, and collected nearly 15,000 reviews with a 4.6 average rating—helping customers choose products and informing buying decisions.
