Bemz sees $1.65 million in new revenue from social commerce tools

Bemz, a brand that creates made-to-order, personalized covers for IKEA furniture, needed a better way to show shoppers what its many customizable products looked like in real homes. With around 60,000 SKUs and limited ability to photograph every item, Bemz lacked user-generated content (UGC) across its site and marketing channels, so it partnered with Bazaarvoice and its Social Commerce tools.

Bazaarvoice helped Bemz collect and display customer and influencer content in galleries on product pages, as well as across web, social, and email. The results were strong: $1.65 million in attributed revenue in one year, a 72.56% increase year over year, a 41% rise in social click-through rates, and major on-site gains including a 270% lift in time on site, a 290% increase in conversion rate, and a 34% boost in average order value.
