Beko Europe, a leading home appliance company, wanted to increase the volume and quality of user-generated content across its digital and in-store channels. Working with Bazaarvoice, the company launched a Customer Review Excellence Program to unify its UGC strategy across 16 countries and better leverage solutions like Ratings & Reviews, Deals Sampling, Syndication, and Insights.

Bazaarvoice helped Beko Europe scale review collection through incentivized campaigns, product sampling, and review syndication across 23 websites and retailer destinations. The results were significant: 145,000 reviews syndicated to the Bazaarvoice network, 710,000 displayable reviews, and an 845% increase in reviews across Europe, with Italy alone seeing a 47% year-on-year increase in collected reviews.
