Jewelry Television (JTV.com), a Knoxville-based home shopping network specializing in fine jewelry and the 15th-largest U.S. jeweler, needed to bring the same trusted online experience to mobile customers and boost mobile conversions as shoppers increasingly used phones and tablets.
JTV integrated Bazaarvoice Ratings & Reviews into its mobile site (using Bazaarvoice’s hosted mobile solution), after a long partnership beginning in 2007. The change produced a 30.55% lift in mobile conversion during the initial test period, building on strong desktop results (visitors who read reviews on JTV.com showed a 151% conversion lift and a 25% increase in average order value).
