Using Bazaarvoice Conversations to collect and syndicate reviews, Q&A and customer stories, Bare Escentuals created an omni‑channel community that informs product development and powers marketing. Results include a 53% increase in sales per session, 38% higher conversion and 11% higher average order value for North American visitors who engage with UGC (even larger lifts in the UK), a 7.5x traffic increase and double‑digit conversion growth for the “Most Wanted” page, email performance improvements (≈15% higher open rate, 14% higher AOV), and product improvements and strong launches such as READY Foundation performing 35% above forecast.
