Stayz, Australia’s leading holiday rental website with over 38,000 properties, wanted to improve guest confidence by making property reviews more transparent and authentic. Previously, owners controlled publishing, causing delays and inconsistent guidance; Stayz needed a way to moderate reviews externally and measure their impact without using internal resources.

Stayz implemented Bazaarvoice Conversations to collect, third‑party moderate and publish reviews and to enable owner responses. Within a year, inquiries from visitors who interacted with reviews rose 291%, 96% of ratings were 4 stars or higher, over half of 1–2 star reviews received owner responses, and reviews with owner replies saw a 200% boost in helpfulness votes—demonstrating clearer, more trustworthy feedback and stronger guest‑owner interaction.
