To address this, Argos partnered with the vendor Bazaarvoice and utilized its Sampling program to accelerate the collection of product reviews.
The solution implemented by Bazaarvoice involved helping Argos partner with brands to provide product samples to a targeted community of testers in exchange for honest reviews. This resulted in over 20,000 reviews collected across 3,500 products. The program significantly increased review volume and quality, leading to higher conversion rates and providing suppliers with valuable insights for product innovation.
