Bazaarvoice helped Appliances Online collect and syndicate reviews at scale, then display them on product, search, and category pages. The results were significant: Appliances Online gathered 304,000 syndicated reviews from 60+ brands and 83,000 native reviews, for 386,000 total reviews across its site. The retailer also reported higher clickthrough, conversion, and sales, and now uses reviews in marketing emails to further boost performance.
