Bastian Solutions implemented an integrated solution—voice‑directed picking, HMI from Bastian Controls, carton flow racks, zero‑pressure accumulation conveyors, a Hytrol ProSort 400 shoe sorter, vertical spirals and trailer loading conveyors—to automate split‑case picking and sortation.
