C.F. Roark Welding and Engineering Co., a three‑generation custom fabrication and electron beam welding shop serving aerospace and energy industries, needed a more organized fabrication shop, greater storage efficiency, and better visibility of tooling and dies. Roark purchased a Muratec Pre‑Owned AS/RS Crane and supporting technologies (ExactaVIMS WMS and Light Curtain Height Check) from Bastian Solutions to streamline handling and storage.

Bastian Solutions implemented the Muratec AS/RS and ExactaVIMS warehouse management system, consolidating tools and dies into a single AS/RS lane with 60 pallet positions accessed from one station.
