Accurate Dispersions, a custom colorant manufacturer, needed to automate case palletizing at its South Holland, Illinois facility to improve safety and ergonomics and ensure future system versatility. They engaged Bastian Solutions to design an industrial robotic palletizing system, incorporating an ABB case palletizing robot, over 300 feet of Hytrol conveyor, an Ambaflex spiral conveyor, HMI and robotic controls, and a Wulftec stretch wrapper.

Bastian Solutions implemented a dual-line infeed palletizing solution that removed the need for a packaging operator and enabled continuous 24/7 plant operation. The Bastian Solutions system delivered the required automation and safety improvements while providing a flexible platform for future expansion.
