Agora S.A., one of Poland’s largest media groups (including Gazeta Wyborcza, Helios and AMS), was inundated with spam and needed reliable, always‑available email archiving. Existing anti‑spam tools were effective but complex and time‑consuming to configure and manage, so the company sought a simpler, affordable solution to automate email flow and archiving.

After testing and implementation by SANSEC Poland, Agora deployed Barracuda Email Security Gateway and Barracuda Message Archiver. The combined solution streamlined policy management and automated email handling, sharply reduced spam, phishing and malware, sped up email administration, boosted IT efficiency, improved security and lowered costs—prompting plans to expand the deployment.
