The Borough of West Chester, PA—a municipal government with about 150 employees—faced escalating cyber threats and needed to securely connect dispersed infrastructure (parking garages, wastewater plants, etc.), harden Microsoft 365, and simplify administration to reduce security overhead.

Using Barracuda CloudGen Firewall, Barracuda Email Protection and the BarracudaONE centralized portal, the borough securely networked seven sites, 15 police cruisers and remote users while adding impersonation detection, automated incident response and security awareness training.
