Driving visibility and control for services giant Multi Masters Group

Multi Masters Group, a Belgian services firm of about 4,000 employees and €200M turnover operating across cleaning, security, technical maintenance and facilities management, was struggling with low staff security awareness, sophisticated phishing (including impersonation of its French parent), and an inflexible, slow-to-deploy network security setup. The ICT team needed cloud-native email protection built for Microsoft 365, an SD-WAN firewall for rapid site deployment, and strong security-awareness training to reduce insider risk.

They implemented Barracuda Email Protection (with ATP, AI-driven impersonation protection, incident response and security awareness training) and 18 Barracuda CloudGen Firewalls, deployed with partner Netleaf. The result: automated mailbox cleansing, around 90 incidents remediated in six months, improved threat visibility and country-level blocking, faster site rollouts (days instead of months), and measurable gains in user awareness and proactive threat reporting.
