Case Study: WhatConverts achieves lower cost-per-call and faster support with Bandwidth

A Bandwidth Case Study

Preview of the WhatConverts Case Study

WhatConverts uses the Bandwidth API to help companies understand which advertising channels are the most powerful

WhatConverts, a call lead tracking company co-founded by Jeremy Helms and Michael Cooney, helps small businesses identify which advertising channels drive conversions but needed cost-per-call savings and a robust API to provision local phone numbers. In 2015 WhatConverts switched to Bandwidth and adopted the Bandwidth API and communications platform to gain network-owner pricing, reliable number provisioning, and local area-code matching for customers.

Bandwidth worked closely with WhatConverts to integrate its communications APIs and provide immediate, expert support, enabling simple, dynamic number ordering and nationwide area-code coverage. As a result, WhatConverts achieved higher profit margins from lower carrier costs, faster support resolutions instead of multi-day waits, and happier customers who can quickly obtain local numbers—improving call tracking and lead-to-conversion attribution.
