Seventh-day Adventist Church Elevates Meeting Process with a Digital Meeting Solution

Seventh-Day Adventist Church’s South Pacific Division (SPD), serving nearly 37 million people across Australia, New Zealand and Pacific islands, faced time-consuming, costly paper-based meetings — printing and preparing board packs up to 300 pages, weekend photocopying, and shredding — and wanted secure, self-hosted digital meetings. After evaluating three providers, SPD chose Azeus Convene’s digital meeting solution, Convene, in August 2016 for its security, user-friendliness and smooth transition.

Azeus Convene replaced SPD’s manual processes with a secure, self‑hosted, paperless platform that automatically distributes and updates board packs, supports offline use, and included hands-on training and responsive support. The solution eliminated weekend prep and shredding, allowed participants to access materials ahead of time, conserved paper and staff hours, and now supports more than 500 users across 12 countries — delivering clear efficiency and environmental benefits.
