Jinchuan Group International Goes Paperless with Convene

Jinchuan Group International Resources Co. Ltd, an overseas mining and resource trading arm, faced a time-consuming, paper-heavy board process: at least nine directors, four to six board meetings a year, and board packs of 200–400 pages that took more than three hours to print the night before meetings.
