Dell, a data‑storage provider selling exclusively through reseller partners, needed a cost‑effective, scalable CRM and secure partner portal that would integrate with its Microsoft Dynamics GP back‑office and give partners easy access to sales, configuration and training resources. To meet those needs Dell selected Axonom and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, aiming to build an IT infrastructure that would enable rapid growth, protect partner data and simplify channel sales operations.
Axonom implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM along with its Powertrak CPQ and Partner Portal layered on top of CRM, integrating the solution with Dynamics GP and other Microsoft technologies and deploying the full system in just 130 days. The secure portal centralizes training, deal registration, quoting, forecasting and delivery status, producing overwhelmingly positive partner feedback, rapid adoption, better sales visibility and more accurate revenue and manufacturing forecasts — giving Dell the scalability and channel enablement it required.
