Walmart rolled out the Axonify Employee Knowledge Platform to 75,000+ associates in 150+ distribution centers—daily 3–5 minute gamified microlearning plus on-the-job behavior observations that personalize reinforcement and immediately adjust training. The program drove a 54% reduction in recordable incidents, 96% positive behavior observations, 91% average voluntary participation, a 15% increase in safety knowledge, an 8% rise in confidence, and more than a 50% drop in lost time, with DART and incident rates now well below industry averages.
