Axonify helped Southeastern Grocers create an open communication loop through daily logins and broadcast surveys like “We are listening,” allowing leadership to hear what employees wanted and needed. As a result, the company transformed its culture, increased leadership trust from 59% to 89%, and earned recognition including a Harvard Business School case study and Great Place to Work certification.
