Topper’s Pizza in North Bay, led by 20-year veteran GM Susie Peever, struggled to deliver consistent, engaging training across a frontline team of 40+ employees spanning ages 15–50. Prior training relied on hands-on station walkthroughs and long training videos that many staff didn’t absorb, making it hard to monitor rule-following, product knowledge and on-the-job performance.
