How RBC makes learning irresistible in their retail branches

Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) needed a better way to engage frontline retail employees in learning so training would actually stick and support day-to-day customer service. RBC chose Axonify for a fun, fast, in-the-flow-of-work training solution that could reinforce knowledge across its branch network.

With Axonify, RBC rolled out gamified daily learning to 8,000 retail staff across Canada, using features like notifications, rewards, and leaderboards to drive adoption.
