The retailer needed a more strategic, interactive approach for sales associates across brands and roles, with a way to track knowledge growth and competency improvements.
Using Axonify’s interactive digital onboarding and training platform, Apparel Group launched customized learning paths for new joiners and sales associates, plus a Retail Hub community to boost engagement and culture. The results included 91% participation, training 4–5 times per week, 4,591 training days in the first year, a 13% knowledge growth increase, 20% higher productivity across all brands, and an 8% sales increase for Skechers.
