How Almarai connects the dots between employee training and business results

Almarai, the Saudi Arabia-based food and beverage manufacturer and distributor, needed a better way to train thousands of localized employees across regions and languages on a new ordering and forecasting system. Its existing classroom approach lacked follow-up and made it hard to confirm whether depot supervisors and sales teams were retaining knowledge or applying it on the job, so Almarai turned to Axonify, used internally as PARADIGM.

Axonify implemented bite-sized, mobile learning starting with supervisors, then expanded across sales, quality standards, health and safety, merchandising, and more. The results were strong: knowledge scores rose 23% to 92% among active users, lost sales in the Gulf fell 47%, and order accuracy increased 2% year over year, showing a clear link between Axonify participation and business performance.
