Rising volumes of invoices created extra staff time for approvals, payments, filing and research, required more storage and supplies, and limited the company’s ability to respond quickly to client or vendor questions.

In 2012 they implemented AvidXchange to automate AP, enabling remote processing, searchable invoice images, and integration with Payables Lockbox. The change dramatically increased efficiency, accuracy and capacity—on average 3,500 invoices and 1,500 payments are processed through the system—making year-end audits simple, improving client service and transparency, and freeing teams to focus on higher-value work.
