Murray Hill Properties, a New York commercial real estate firm managing about 6 million square feet and processing roughly 1,000 invoices a month, needed to modernize its accounts payable process. Although all properties were on Manhattan, the company relied on paper invoices routed by messengers, creating duplicate copies, high courier costs and wasted staff time.

Murray Hill integrated AvidXchange with its SKYLINE accounting system and deployed AvidInvoice to automate AP. The web-based solution enabled mobile approvals and anywhere/anytime processing, reduced courier runs and staff workload, eliminated over 60 drawers of paper, and produced measurable time, space and cost savings.
