AvidXchange implemented automated invoice and full-service payment processing, allowing suppliers to send invoices electronically and enabling AvidXchange to handle payments on Keymont Community Management’s behalf. The result was a major time savings and a streamlined workflow, reducing the support needed from several full-time staff to just two and freeing employees to focus more on serving clients and managing properties.
