FIDSUD CDBA is a network of 27 independent accounting, consulting and audit firms across the South of France that prides itself on close client relationships and high-quality service. Facing fragmented, site-by-site telephony systems that hindered collaboration and efficiency, the group sought a unified, scalable communications solution to better serve a diverse client base and support continued growth.

Working with Scopelec, FIDSUD CDBA implemented Avaya IP Office with an SFR outgoing SIP trunk and centralized access at the head office, preserving geographic numbers while enabling each employee to be reached on a single number (fixed, mobile or laptop). The converged voice network and VPN-enabled videoconferencing cut telecom subscriptions and costs by about half, improved employee productivity and service quality, and included IT training so the firm can manage and evolve the system independently.
