Bürosysteme Petric is a Graz-based provider of print and document solutions and Austria’s only Xerox Platinum Partner, serving over 1,500 customers. Working with Avaya partner Voicenet.at, Petric implemented the Avaya IP Office platform (with SIP trunks, Voicemail Pro on a VMware server and 9600 series IP phones) in August 2016, installed in parallel to avoid disruption.
