How Pandora Leveraged Recruitment Events to Hire Against the Clock

Pandora, the music streaming service operated by Sirius XM Radio, needed to quickly build its Atlanta engineering and product team while entering an unfamiliar recruiting market. With only seven weeks to prepare for a large recruitment event and a goal of filling 30 technical roles, the company turned to Avature to help identify, engage, and organize local talent outreach.

Using Avature, Pandora built a competitive intelligence pipeline, automated personalized email campaigns, created screening forms, and managed candidates with tags, tasks, and workflow tools.
