Avature implemented a 12-month transformation that automated more than 70% of Wayfair’s talent acquisition workflow, including application screening, assessment scoring, interview scheduling, background check tracking, and offer-to-hire tasks. The results were significant: overall time to fill dropped by 72%, time in application review fell from 17 days to 2, screening interview scheduling time fell from 18 days to 6, and total open jobs decreased by 11% even as hiring demand continued to rise.
