Philips, the global provider of consumer electronics, lighting solutions, and healthcare, needed to strengthen its employer brand in healthcare and improve recruitment marketing and talent engagement. With Avature’s talent community portals, branded email campaigns, sourcing and engagement automation, and reporting metrics, Philips built a High-Value-Target strategy to attract, segment, and nurture talent more effectively. The results included a 225% growth in the Healthcare (Quality & Regulation) talent pool, more than 2,300 candidates sourced for top pipelines, email open and click-through rates nearly twice the industry average, and strong conversion rates: 78% presented to hiring managers, 56% interviewed, 17% receiving offers, and 13% hired.
