The results included a 225% growth in the Healthcare (Quality & Regulation) talent pool, more than 2,300 candidates sourced for top pipelines, email open and click-through rates nearly twice the industry average, and strong conversion rates: 78% presented to hiring managers, 56% interviewed, 17% receiving offers, and 13% hired.
