Trustpilot, a leading online review service, wanted to understand how reviews contribute to brand integrity across markets and create a thought‑leadership report to engage its primary persona—marketers. To run a multi‑market study and gather consumer insight, Trustpilot used Attest to design and field the research, aiming to uncover what consumers actually care about when judging brand purpose.

Using Attest, Trustpilot surveyed nearly 15,000 consumers across eight markets and four industries, targeting respondents who prioritized brand purpose; Attest’s platform and account management accelerated delivery of results. The research showed that employee treatment strongly influences trust and that reviews are a key source for understanding brand purpose; the report generated 1,522 landing page views, 104 downloads, seven media placements (including coverage in The Drum Australia), powered a demand‑gen campaign, improved sales conversations, and strengthened long‑term marketing strategy.
