The Wood Veneer Hub, a home improvement retailer known for premium wood products, wanted a better way to engage new and existing shoppers and drive high-ticket sales during Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Working with Attentive and its SMS marketing platform, along with agency partner Parallel 9, the brand added text messaging to its marketing mix to boost holiday-season conversions and revenue.

The campaign delivered a 358x SMS program ROI, a 10.6% average conversion rate across BFCM texts, a 38% lift in triggered journey conversion rates, and a 48% increase in average order value, with SMS driving 10% of November revenue.
