With Attentive, The INKEY List launched its UK SMS program quickly and built triggered journeys for welcome, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, price drop, and post-purchase messaging, using data from its website quiz, loyalty program, and tech stack to personalize content. The results were strong: Attentive helped drive 26x total UK SMS program ROI, a 36% average conversion rate for triggered journeys, and 80% of total SMS-attributable revenue from triggered journeys, while also complementing email and expanding the program to the US, Canada, and Australia.
