Kendra Scott, the American jewelry and accessories brand, wanted to create a more personalized and engaging omnichannel holiday shopping experience during the busy Black Friday/Cyber Monday season. To stand out in a promotion-heavy market, the brand turned to Attentive’s SMS marketing platform to better connect with subscribers and mirror the attentive in-store experience online.
Using Attentive, Kendra Scott launched custom sign-up units for “Yellow Friday,” a conversational Two-Way Journeys gift guide, MMS campaigns, and a Session Abandonment Journey to re-engage holiday browsers. The results were strong: the sign-up unit drove a 55% CTR and 28% CVR, gifting recommendations delivered 48x ROI, the MMS campaign achieved 11% CVR, and the BFCM session abandonment journey generated a 31% CVR and 9.7% CTR.
