The results were strong: SMS contributed to a 19% increase in global CRM revenue in 2022, 13% CRM revenue growth in 2023, and 28% of CRM revenue in markets where it was live, with some AI-assisted messages driving 20%+ more revenue and conversion rates above 90%.
