Attentive helped Dolce Vita run two “Season of Surprises” SMS campaigns with daily exclusive offers, segmentation based on purchase behavior, and localized send timing. The approach drove strong engagement, with average CTRs of 8.1% and CVRs of 6.9%, and the second campaign generated 39% more revenue and 57% more conversions than the first.
